Testimonials

Following a promotion to Director and co-running the business the Business Leader Group membership has been an amazing resource and support. I always leave a session inspired having had great conversations and insights with fellow business leaders. The group is welcoming and non-judgemental, and I quickly realised that people within the group have had similar challenges and are always willing to share their experiences and solutions. The connections I have made through the members have helped me grow and have supported the business as we navigate change.

FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get the most out of our networking events.

Q: Is there a cost to join the group?

A: Nope, it's free to join. That's another benefit of getting outdoors as there's no venue that we need to pay for!

Q: Can I invite my friends and contacts to join the group?

A: Yes, feel free to invite any other young professional along. Just send them the link to this page so they can register their place too.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Please feel free to dress however you like, but it's probably best to wear comfortable shoes for walking.

Q: Is there an agenda?

A: We won't have a strict agenda for things you need to talk about, but we will send you some questions/prompts in advance which might help the conversation.

Q: Do I need to bring business cards?

A: No, you don't need to bring any business cards with you. We'd recommend you connect with people on LinkedIn during or after the walks instead, but it's entirely up to you.

Q: Are dogs and prams welcome?

A: Absolutely! If it makes it easier to attend the walks instead of having to make alternative arrangements, then by all means bring them along too.
